Golden Beetroot is tender and sweet even when they get older because they don't become fiborous. They don't stain like red beetroot.
Use the tops as spinach and use beets cooked, in salads or for pickling.
Beetroot like rich, loose, well drained soil in full sun (at least 4 hours a day). Their preferred season is spring-late autumn.
They like steady watering to enhance root development.
Plant or sow each fortnight for continual supply.
