Pot Marigolds are long blooming annuals that can flower from Spring through to late Autumn. Hardy plants suitable for the garden or container growing. The majority of flowers are a bright and cheerful orange but can be yellows or reds.
Calendula are beneficial to grow. They're known to attract aphids away from other plants whilst attracting pollinators and other benefical insects like ladybugs and hoverflies to the garden.
Calendulas are anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-bacterial. Dried flower petals are used to make soothing balms and salves for a wide range of skin irritations.
