I'm having a play on my website and have added the forum because... curiosity. Not sure how a forum works or what to expect, but hey! why not give it a go?
I'd love it if you could share your favourite quick and easy recipes to add (and use) the silver beet or spinach you have in your garden. I encourage people to grow heaps of leafy greens, so I think it's only fair
I often simply wilt mine and toss with olive oil, garlic and chilli in the wok with some salt and pepper.
Another favourite is to heat up some coconut oil, ginger, garlic, cumin, garam masala and chilli in a wok. Add a chopped onion and cut up a couple of potatoes (small pieces - about twice the size of a dice). Cook those for a while, add a couple of chopped up tomatoes and a heap of silver beet or spinach. When I say a lot, I mean a lot. Load the wok up to over full. It cooks down to next to nothing. Cook for about 10mins, add a bit of salt, cover and cook on low for about 20 mins. Yum!
If forum land works like I think it should (🤔) or, at least, how I hope it will, we could have a lot of yummy recipes to share. I'll go through them all and add them to my blog too.
